Saturnino Senio acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 15th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Angel Lizar. In the 37th minute, Cecilio Rufio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Saturnino Senio, passed just outside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Que La Gente Crea F.C.'s zone, Osvaldo Atauri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Desiderio Cristofor came out of the goal and Osvaldo Atauri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Osvaldo Atauri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desiderio Cristofor having to interfere. Saturnino Senio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cornelio Ramirez in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cecilio Rufio to make the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Desiderio Cristofor successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Abelardo Luix struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Desiderio Cristofor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olivos City F.C.. Cornelio Ramirez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Saturnino Senio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olivos City F.C.'s Saturnino Senio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Rufio in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Que La Gente Crea F.C.'s Cecilio Rufio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saturnino Senio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benedicto Mannuel's late challenge caught a Olivos City F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
