After a rather tough play, Lion Force's Tomás Pasqual got a free kick in the 13th minute. Ovidio Jakue could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Zeledon Aureo made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ovidio Jakue got free with Zeledon Aureo in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 16th minute, Ovidio Jakue reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zeledon Aureo. The goal made the score 1-1. Mauricio Acosta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gogo Perutxo in the 20th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Wolfs masters futbol club's Ovidio Jakue nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zeledon Aureo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Thanks to some nice moves Ovidio Jakue could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Zeledon Aureo however easily saved by the left post. In the 31st minute, Placido Libertad reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zeledon Aureo. The goal made the score 3-1. Placido Libertad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Aureo having to interfere. Gogo Perutxo might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mauricio Acosta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gogo Perutxo ran back to his position shaking his head. Gogo Perutxo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Alberto Macerio made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Ovidio Jakue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Aureo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wolfs masters futbol club's Ovidio Jakue got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gogo Perutxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Wolfs masters futbol club's goalkeeper Mauricio Acosta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gogo Perutxo. Ovidio Jakue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Zeledon Aureo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lion Force's Zeledon Aureo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Placido Libertad in the 70th minute of play. After 76 played minutes Wolfs masters futbol club got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Quirce. Alberto Macerio succeeded in the game's 84th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-2. 87 minutes into the match, Wolfs masters futbol club's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Macerio came free, but Mauricio Acosta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Paolo Darien fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wolfs masters futbol club's protests and gave Paolo Darien a yellow card for diving instead. Alberto Macerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Acosta having to interfere. Mauricio Acosta made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Gogo Perutxo sent off a good shot on target.
