Ovidio Iraido's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zeledon Aureo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Rocio in the 7th minute of play forced Cuervo FC's goalkeeper Marcos Admon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Cuervo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Rocio came free, but Marcos Admon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Admon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingos Rocio in the 14th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Danny Sparrow put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Zeledon Aureo. Zeledon Aureo made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Danny Sparrow sent off a good shot on target. 34 minutes into the match, Lion Force's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Nerio came free, but Zeledon Aureo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Lion Force's Gogo Perutxo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Admon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1.

Zeledon Aureo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Danny Sparrow's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Marcos Admon made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Domingos Rocio sent off a good shot on target. Cuervo FC's Marcos Admon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Cuervo FC from getting a goal against them. Marcos Admon stood somewhat misplaced when Gogo Perutxo came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 57 minute. Lion Force's Zeledon Aureo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Sparrow in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cuervo FC's Silverio Dimo got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute, Alberto Macerio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 71 minutes, Dominik Milan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cuervo FC and the Lion Force players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Cuervo FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Dominik Milan hit a great ball. Gogo Perutxo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Marcos Admon made a huge save. In the 81st minute, Robustiano Perrando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 84 minutes into the game, Alberto Macerio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cuervo FC's Ovidio Iraido quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Zeledon Aureo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidio Iraido in the 85th minute of the match. Zeledon Aureo came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Cuervo FC's Leo Nerio. But to his dismay, Leo Nerio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Leo Nerio took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeledon Aureo. Zeledon Aureo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Zeledon Aureo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Nerio in the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cuervo FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lion Force had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
