The supporters of Uribelarrea AFC booed when Cacique Chalimín FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Rivas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Igor Chan's late challenge caught a Uribelarrea AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Igor Chan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Cacique Chalimín FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Igor Chan hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Ishmael in the 18th minute of play forced Cacique Chalimín FC's goalkeeper Esteban Oriche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Gipuzkoa in the 25th minute of play forced Uribelarrea AFC's goalkeeper Evaristo Norino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cacique Chalimín FC's Esteban Oriche proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Cacique Chalimín FC from getting a goal against them. Esteban Oriche made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Ildefonso Ferrando sent off a good shot on target. Evaristo Norino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Cuartio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Uribelarrea AFC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Matias Guerau hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Cacique Chalimín FC's Gregorio Pueblo tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Cacique Chalimín FC's Benedicto Cuartio got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Geronimo Gipuzkoa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evaristo Norino was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Benedicto Cuartio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaristo Norino having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Geronimo Gipuzkoa to strike the kick off in the second half. Anastasio Maidana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Evaristo Norino made a huge save. Esteban Oriche came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Uribelarrea AFC's Remigio Aztore. But to his dismay, Remigio Aztore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 66 minutes into the match, Uribelarrea AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Gipuzkoa came free, but Evaristo Norino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute of the match, Geronimo Gipuzkoa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Evaristo Norino saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Paolo Ishmael struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Esteban Oriche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uribelarrea AFC. Esteban Oriche was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 94 minutes, Benedicto Cuartio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cacique Chalimín FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedicto Cuartio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geronimo Gipuzkoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
