Spectators: 7218 (Terracing: 5415, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fulgencio Behe took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th match minute, Boulogne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Misael to maneuver through the defense. Gavilandia's Filiberto Nesor got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 6 minutes into the game, Paulino Pudes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gavilandia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boulogne the free kick. In the 7th match minute, Gavilandia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Pudes to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Boulogne's Eleuterio Alonso threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fulgencio Behe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fulgencio Behe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Filiberto Nesor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavilandia's Baltasar Haritz got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Behe in the 24th minute of play forced Gavilandia's goalkeeper Eleuterio Alonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eleuterio Alonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Behe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulino Pudes hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Fulgencio Behe struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Eleuterio Alonso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boulogne. In the 32nd minute, Boulogne's Fulgencio Behe ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eleuterio Alonso. Eleuterio Alonso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 39 played minutes Boulogne got a freekick which was hit by Santo Eguen. If Baltasar Haritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th match minute, Gavilandia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Pudes to maneuver through the defense. Eleuterio Alonso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Braulio Betadur in the 45th minute. Baltasar Haritz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lino Mogel having to make a save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filiberto Nesor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Boulogne got a freekick which was hit by Marco Misael. When Boulogne's Fulgencio Behe in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gavilandia's goalie prevented a goal. In the 63rd minute Braulio Betadur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Alonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eleuterio Alonso came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Boulogne's Braulio Betadur. But to his dismay, Braulio Betadur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When Fulgencio Behe came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Boulogne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fulgencio Behe couldn't finish the play. Eleuterio Alonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Behe in the 72nd minute of the match. If Braulio Betadur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baltasar Haritz got free with Lino Mogel in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 82 played minutes Boulogne got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Nardo. In the 84th minute Filiberto Nesor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Mogel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Braulio Betadur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute Fulgencio Behe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Alonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 93 minutes, Braulio Betadur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boulogne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Braulio Betadur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eleuterio Alonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Betadur in the 96th minute of play. Boulogne's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
