After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Patrick Paraibano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Madero Harbour's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrick Paraibano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteban Oriche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ramiro Micael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Oriche having to interfere. When Ramiro Micael came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Madero Harbour fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramiro Micael couldn't finish the play. Fabio Darien struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Esteban Oriche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Madero Harbour. 11 minutes into the game, Wesley do Vale was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Madero Harbour's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cacique Chalimín FC the free kick. After 11 played minutes Madero Harbour got a freekick which was hit by Wesley do Vale. In the 13th minute, Wesley do Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Igor Chan during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Igor Chan hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. The supporters of Madero Harbour booed when Cacique Chalimín FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Maidana didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Cacique Chalimín FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gregorio Pueblo hit a great ball. Patrick Paraibano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Esteban Oriche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Igor Chan got his second yellow card in the match during the 23rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Madero Harbour booed when Cacique Chalimín FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Chan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esteban Oriche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Micael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anastasio Maidana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Esteban Oriche made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patrick Paraibano in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute, Fabio Darien got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gaudencio Pasqual recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Wesley do Vale came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Madero Harbour fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wesley do Vale couldn't finish the play. 43 minutes into the match, Madero Harbour's Fabio Darien sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esteban Oriche narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ramiro Micael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Oriche having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benedicto Cuartio to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Madero Harbour's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gregorio Pueblo was slow to take the kick. During this time Cacique Chalimín FC's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Benedicto Cuartio heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Anastasio Maidana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 64th minute, Madero Harbour's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Benedicto Cuartio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 66 minutes of play, Cacique Chalimín FC's Benedicto Cuartio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulino Eutropio was left in no man's land by his defense there! 80 minutes into the match, Cacique Chalimín FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Paraibano came free, but Esteban Oriche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Madero Harbour's Paulino Eutropio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Madero Harbour from getting a goal against them. Benedicto Cuartio scored 0-2 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulino Eutropio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cacique Chalimín FC's Esteban Oriche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Paraibano in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Micael in the 89th minute of play forced Cacique Chalimín FC's goalkeeper Esteban Oriche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Madero Harbour's Paulino Eutropio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Madero Harbour from getting a goal against them. After 95 played minutes Madero Harbour got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Larra. A hard shot by Gregorio Pueblo from long distance, 96 minutes into the match, got Paulino Eutropio's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Benedicto Cuartio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Eutropio having to interfere. Although Madero Harbour had been in control for most of the match, Cacique Chalimín FC still came away with the win.
