An unexpected shot in the 7th minute by Benedicto Cuartio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 9th minute Geronimo Gipuzkoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Min saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jimeno Min had great luck who in the 10thth minute grab hold of the ball when Geronimo Gipuzkoa from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Hats in the 13th minute of play forced Cacique Chalimín FC's goalkeeper Esteban Oriche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ezequiel Beremundo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benedicto Cuartio in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jimeno Min, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 26 minutes, Ezequiel Beremundo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 45th minute, River.P's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Geronimo Gipuzkoa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Geronimo Gipuzkoa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Daniel Hats was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 55th minute. River.P's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cacique Chalimín FC's goalkeeper Esteban Oriche, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 63rd match minute, Cacique Chalimín FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasio Maidana to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Cacique Chalimín FC's Igor Chan got a free kick in the 65th minute. Cacique Chalimín FC's Esteban Oriche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Hats in the 72nd minute of play. Ezequiel Beremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Esteban Oriche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cacique Chalimín FC's Benedicto Cuartio got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ernesto Indalecio charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernesto Indalecio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st minute, one of River.P:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for River.P. When Igor Chan fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cacique Chalimín FC's protests and gave Igor Chan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Cacique Chalimín FC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Igor Chan hit a great ball. In the 98th minute, Ezequiel Beremundo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cacique Chalimín FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
