The wind increased when Israel Dubardo made the kick off in the second half. Freddy Rosalio's late challenge caught a Venado Tuerto F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Freddy Rosalio helped the player get up and apologised. Venado Tuerto F.C's Elvio Leoiar got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bonifacio Argina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Dubardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Israel Dubardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bonifacio Argina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bonifacio Argina made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elvio Leoiar in the 74th minute.
