Pascual Telo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pablo Vimaro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pascual Telo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 38th minute, Pablo Vimaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pascual Telo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. If Anastasio Betadur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Blas Kismi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dolores's supporters rose to their feet, but Blas Kismi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolás Fontana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Pascual Telo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Vimaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute of the match, Blas Kismi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nicolás Fontana saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Pablo Vimaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pablo Vimaro struck a weak shot in the 70th minute.
