Celso Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robustiano Urdaspal having to interfere. Don Jeronimo's Robustiano Urdaspal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Nuno in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Celso Garcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Celso Garcia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robustiano Urdaspal. Don Jeronimo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celso Garcia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Robustiano Urdaspal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celso Garcia's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. After 24 played minutes, Saraza's Silvestre Demario shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Robustiano Urdaspal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Saraza reached it. 33 minutes into the match, Saraza's goalkeeper Herminio Lehoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgard Errapel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Garcia in the 34th minute of play forced Don Jeronimo's goalkeeper Robustiano Urdaspal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celso Garcia in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robustiano Urdaspal saved Don Jeronimo from getting behind. Vladimiro Opilano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Celso Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Saraza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Garcia couldn't finish the play. Robustiano Urdaspal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Nuno in the 40th minute of play. Robustiano Urdaspal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celso Garcia's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. After 46 played minutes, Saraza's Silvestre Demario shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Robustiano Urdaspal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Saraza reached it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for German Fidensio to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Celso Garcia sped through Don Jeronimo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Robustiano Urdaspal. Nicolas Irrintzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Robustiano Urdaspal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celso Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vladimiro Opilano struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Robustiano Urdaspal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saraza. 63 minutes into the match, Celso Garcia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robustiano Urdaspal. Don Jeronimo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celso Garcia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 66th match minute, Saraza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Opilano to maneuver through the defense. Robustiano Urdaspal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celso Garcia in the 68th minute. After some careless play in the Don Jeronimo defense, Ezequiel Nuno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robustiano Urdaspal. The Don Jeronimo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robustiano Urdaspal should have stopped the shot. 74 minutes into the match, Saraza's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Fernandes came free, but Herminio Lehoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Fidensio in the 75th minute of play forced Saraza's goalkeeper Herminio Lehoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Garcia in the 77th minute of play forced Don Jeronimo's goalkeeper Robustiano Urdaspal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th match minute, Don Jeronimo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Astor Cordera to maneuver through the defense. Celso Garcia scored 0-5 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robustiano Urdaspal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 87 minutes into the match, German Fidensio notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Saraza's Herminio Lehoi. Herminio Lehoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Saraza booed when Don Jeronimo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Seguinus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Don Jeronimo's Robustiano Urdaspal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Don Jeronimo from getting a goal against them. Saraza's Celso Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Saraza's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
