In the 17th minute, one of Saraza:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Saraza. Lino Gagriel made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Nicolas Irrintzi sent off a good shot on target. In the 24th minute, Nicolas Irrintzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ezequiel Nuno was extremely unlucky when he, in the 26th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ezequiel Nuno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Herminio Lehoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Horado, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute, Saraza's Nicolas Irrintzi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lino Gagriel. Lino Gagriel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. 37 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Nuno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Lino Gagriel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd minute, Bartolo Semeno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lino Gagriel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Irrintzi in the 45th minute of play. After 47 played minutes Saraza got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Sabino. Carlos Confesor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Herminio Lehoi. Saraza's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Lino Gagriel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Nuno in the 52nd minute of the match. Genaro Marz scored 3-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lino Gagriel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st minute Ezequiel Nuno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Gagriel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Bartolo Semeno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ezequiel Horado hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Educación Física Forrmosa's goalkeeper Lino Gagriel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ezequiel Nuno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Gagriel having to interfere.
