Spectators: 7234 (Terracing: 5427, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cirilo Haritz took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Siro Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matias Gilabert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavio Monte in the 5th minute of play. Gaspar Montae showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cirilo Haritz in the 7th minute of the match. Octavio Monte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Gilabert having to interfere. Siro Arias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Siro Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th match minute, Santiagueños F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Uhin to maneuver through the defense. Manantiales FC's Roberto Handi shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 20th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gaspar Montae but with some difficulty. A collision led to Santiagueños F.C getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Erasmo Uhin hit a great ball. Gaspar Montae made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Gonzalo Nicholas sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Siro Arias in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matias Gilabert saved Manantiales FC from getting behind. Gaspar Montae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Haritz in the 31st minute of play. Manantiales FC's Cirilo Haritz got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Siro Arias made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Octavio Monte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matias Gilabert was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Manantiales FC's Cirilo Haritz got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cirilo Haritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Gaspar Montae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santiagueños F.C's Gaspar Montae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Nicholas in the 75th minute of play. Manantiales FC's Cirilo Haritz got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Manantiales FC's Candido Ladio got a free kick in the 88th minute. Gaspar Montae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzalo Nicholas, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The audience was convinced that Cirilo Haritz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaspar Montae was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Santiagueños F.C's Octavio Monte got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Santiagueños F.C's Gaspar Montae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Haritz in the 96th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Santiagueños F.C walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
