In the 2nd match minute, Drogocop Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Toro to maneuver through the defense. Gavino Lucila in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Israel Perico, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gavino Lucila might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Israel Perico. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gavino Lucila ran back to his position shaking his head. 17 minutes into the match, Gavino Lucila had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Israel Perico. Drogocop Futbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gavino Lucila was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 20th match minute, Drogocop Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Napier to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Club A. Independiente getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Santo Celino hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the match, Club A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Mikelats came free, but Cornelio Millrick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 30 minutes, Fernando Mikelats managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Drogocop Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernando Mikelats was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Israel Perico made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Gavino Lucila sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes into the game, Ambrosio Truylos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Cornelio Millrick was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cornelio Millrick stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ambrosio Truylos's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Israel Perico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Millan in the 45th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ambrosio Truylos to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes in the game, Ambrosio Truylos fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cornelio Millrick having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernando Mikelats got free with Cornelio Millrick in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 66 minutes into the match, Gavino Lucila notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Drogocop Futbol Club's Israel Perico. Israel Perico was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 70 played minutes Drogocop Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Napier. A collision led to Drogocop Futbol Club getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Vladimiro Napier hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the match, Niceto Millan notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Drogocop Futbol Club's Israel Perico. Israel Perico was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Israel Perico came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Club A. Independiente's Gavino Lucila. But to his dismay, Gavino Lucila quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After a defensive mix-up in Club A. Independiente's zone, Fernando Mikelats stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornelio Millrick came out of the goal and Fernando Mikelats tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 88 minutes into the game, Federico Berdaitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club A. Independiente's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Drogocop Futbol Club the free kick. Federico Berdaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Gavino Lucila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Israel Perico having to interfere. Niceto Millan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Israel Perico having to make a save.
