Primitivo Herauso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Los Rafagas's zone, Casimiro Argina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Primitivo Herauso came out of the goal and Casimiro Argina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serafin Esquipula's late challenge caught a Chuchiras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafin Esquipula helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Chuchiras booed when Los Rafagas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafin Esquipula didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atilano Bembe kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Melchor Frechoso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Rafagas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Casimiro Dabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 40 minutes, Gervasio Hodei mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Rafagas and the Chuchiras players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gervasio Hodei kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. If Melchor Frechoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Aznar in the 57th minute of play forced Chuchiras's goalkeeper Nicanor Urbes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Astor Aznar in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicanor Urbes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Casimiro Dabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Primitivo Herauso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Argina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los Rafagas's Primitivo Herauso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Los Rafagas from getting a goal against them. In the 75th match minute, Chuchiras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Elodio to maneuver through the defense. Melchor Frechoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Casimiro Dabi got free with Primitivo Herauso in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Casimiro Dabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Primitivo Herauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Argina, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
