The referee gave Zapala AFC a penalty, 7 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Anselmo Berasko, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chuchiras's Nicanor Urbes. 0-1. Esteban Polo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Argina in the 17th minute of the match. Julian Bibiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domingo Eate during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Chuchiras's Domingo Eate got a free kick in the 24th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Domingo Dino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Julian Bibianos short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Nicanor Urbes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Domingo Dino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Nicanor Urbes made a huge save. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Zapala AFC's goalkeeper Esteban Polo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Dabi in the 63rd minute of play forced Zapala AFC's goalkeeper Esteban Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esteban Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Argina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the game, Chuchiras's Casimiro Argina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After some careless play in the Zapala AFC defense, Roberto Fliz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esteban Polo. The Zapala AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esteban Polo should have stopped the shot. The Chuchiras players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
