In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sora FC's goalkeeper Joel Casado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Amadeo Mancio came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Quebrachos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeo Mancio couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Sora FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Benigno Argider hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Tomás Maurino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joel Casado was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Loren in the 11th minute of play forced Quebrachos's goalkeeper Dante Matthew to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quebrachos's Dante Matthew proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Quebrachos from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute, Donato Loren fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dante Matthew, passed just outside the right post. If Tomás Maurino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rosendo Vitin got free with Dante Matthew in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sora FC's Rosendo Vitin got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Amadeo Mancio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sora FC's zone, Amadeo Mancio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Casado came out of the goal and Amadeo Mancio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Donato Loren made a kick off. Joel Casado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Maurino in the 55th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Tomás Maurino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Casado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 63 minutes, Amadeo Mancio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quebrachos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeo Mancio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 67 played minutes Tomás Maurino rounded Sora FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-1. After 70 played minutes Quebrachos got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Hibai. A collision led to Quebrachos getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Leonel Bento hit a great ball. After 76 played minutes, Sora FC's Cleto Ritchie shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dante Matthew came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sora FC reached it. Rosendo Vitin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Matthew having to interfere. The supporters of Quebrachos booed when Sora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Argider didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomás Maurino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
