The ball went over the crossbar instead. 15 minutes into the match, Aureliano Balesio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guido Urritz. Club Atletico Luz Azul's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aureliano Balesio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 19th minute, Aureliano Balesio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guido Urritz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Aureliano Balesio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Urritz having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Aureliano Balesio made a precise shot to the right of Guido Urritz. Club Atletico Luz Azul's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Cordarryl in the 38th minute of play forced Club Atletico Luz Azul's goalkeeper Guido Urritz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
