Spectators: 7203 (Terracing: 5404, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Luis Iyan took the kick off in the first half of the match. Luis Iyan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Peru having to interfere. In the 6th minute of the game, Angel Sandalio landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Erroman during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 7 played minutes Pachango got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Erroman. Marcos Frascuelo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilberto Peru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Iyan, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. If Marcos Frascuelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Marcos Frascuelo came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Los Varones F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcos Frascuelo couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the match, Los Varones F.C.'s goalkeeper Emiliano Pelayo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anibal Enaut. A collision led to Los Varones F.C. getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Luis Iyan hit a great ball. Fernando Cuarto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Los Varones F.C.'s Emiliano Pelayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Los Varones F.C. from getting a goal against them. Benicio Rafel struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Gilberto Peru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Varones F.C.. The Los Varones F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Los Varones F.C.'s Marcos Frascuelo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernando Cuarto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Luis Iyan came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Los Varones F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Iyan couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Los Varones F.C.'s Dario Nastasio got a free kick in the 59th minute. Godofredo Errando took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emiliano Pelayo. Los Varones F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Los Varones F.C. getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Benicio Rafel hit a great ball. After 63 minutes Los Varones F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Godofredo Errando who took care of the corner kick. Pachango's Nestor Raymundo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emiliano Pelayo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Nestor Raymundo sped through Los Varones F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Emiliano Pelayo. Marcos Frascuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anibal Enaut blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emiliano Pelayo having to make a save. 79 minutes into the game, one of Pachango:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Gilberto Peru, was totally fooled by Los Varones F.C.'s Dario Nastasio, who 80 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After having played for 92 minutes, Anibal Enaut managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pachango's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anibal Enaut was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fernando Cuarto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Los Varones F.C. played a much better game than Pachango and deserved their victory. The Pachango players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
