In the 18th minute, Gaudencio Mouricio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ceballos AFC's goalkeeper Justo Quilo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Inocencio Ritchie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eustaquio Lohitzun kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Ceballos AFC's Cristo Mon got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristo Mon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Silvestre Mero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luis Bartolome's late challenge caught a Ceballos AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luis Bartolome helped the player get up and apologised. Luis Bartolome kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Pedro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Mon came free, but Silvestre Mero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Eustaquio Lohitzun fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ceballos AFC's protests and gave Eustaquio Lohitzun a yellow card for diving instead. Eustaquio Lohitzun hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pedro FC's goalkeeper Silvestre Mero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristo Mon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Cristo Mon came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Ceballos AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristo Mon couldn't finish the play. Justo Quilo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Orti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristo Mon might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvestre Mero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristo Mon ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 69th minute Nemesio Egun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Mero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inocencio Ritchie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Justo Quilo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
