Florentino Estavan hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Gavino Tavio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palavicini's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavino Tavio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando Darien breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Palavicini's zone, Feliciano Vedillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gervasio Toli came out of the goal and Feliciano Vedillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Remigio Fresco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Darien having to interfere. Orlando Darien was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Gavino Tavio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gavino Tavio really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. With a little luck, FACTOTUMCHIN's Orlando Darien got control of the ball when Ricardo Oliviero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gavino Tavio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Orlando Darien made a huge save. 77 minutes into the match, FACTOTUMCHIN's Feliciano Vedillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gervasio Toli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Feliciano Vedillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Toli having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Orlando Darien successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Remigio Fresco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eloy Oxel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gervasio Toli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Palavicini's Gavino Tavio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Orlando Darien narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 91 minutes into the game, Palavicini's Gavino Tavio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Orlando Darien made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Eloy Oxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute.
