Guaberto Iruinea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Guillelmus in the 3rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Bikendi got free with Guaberto Iruinea in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 5 minutes into the match, Defensores de CHEVROLET's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Guillelmus came free, but Guaberto Iruinea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernesto Bikendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Iruinea having to interfere. When Ernesto Bikendi came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the C A Talleres CBA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernesto Bikendi couldn't finish the play. Ernesto Bikendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Iruinea having to interfere. Manuel Guillelmus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Guaberto Iruinea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Defensores de CHEVROLET's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Manuel Guillelmus scored to the left of an out of position Guaberto Iruinea, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigio Hitz in the 25th minute of play forced C A Talleres CBA's goalkeeper Jimeno Lesardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vladimiro Rius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jimeno Lesardo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Remigio Hitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Lesardo having to interfere. Manuel Guillelmus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ernesto Bikendi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Guaberto Iruinea made a huge save. Vladimiro Rius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jimeno Lesardo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Vladimiro Rius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Lesardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remigio Hitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Jimeno Lesardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remigio Hitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute, Remigio Hitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ernesto Bikendi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guaberto Iruinea having to make a save. Remigio Hitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Jimeno Lesardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Guillelmus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Defensores de CHEVROLET defense, Ernesto Bikendi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guaberto Iruinea. The Defensores de CHEVROLET fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guaberto Iruinea should have stopped the shot. 70 minutes into the game, Bartolo Cresencio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Defensores de CHEVROLET's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C A Talleres CBA the free kick. Bartolo Cresencio kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Benicio Fagondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ernesto Bikendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Defensores de CHEVROLET's Guaberto Iruinea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Bikendi in the 84th minute of play. Ernesto Bikendi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guaberto Iruinea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. After 90 played minutes C A Talleres CBA got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Bastian. C A Talleres CBA's Jimeno Lesardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Rius in the 93rd minute of play. Manuel Guillelmus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Iruinea having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the C A Talleres CBA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
