Edgard Nalo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 16 minutes into the match, Florida AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Obano came free, but Edgard Nalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Martin Paul left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Florida AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Martin Paul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Paul could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Fulgencio Jokin made a huge save. German Chico's late challenge caught a Florida AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. German Chico helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Berazategui's German Chico got a free kick in the 25th minute. If Jaime Lope had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Berazategui's Mauro Quinteros got a free kick in the 38th minute. A collision led to Berazategui getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Jaime Lope hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberto Obano to make the kick off. German Chico hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute, Ambrosio Dominguez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Florida AFC's Edgard Nalo got control of the ball when Jaime Lope tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Alberto Obano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgard Nalo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Lope in the 72nd minute. Martin Paul recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martin Paul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Jokin having to interfere. Florida AFC's Martin Paul got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Martin Paul struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Fulgencio Jokin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Florida AFC. Fulgencio Jokin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Sugar, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Berazategui players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Florida AFC.
