The Interacero FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. An unexpected shot in the 39th minute by Marcial Rayman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Interacero FC's Emanuel Goren got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raul Garin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Jaime Froylan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcial Rayman made a kick off. 2-3 became the score in the 59th minute when Marcial Rayman elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Goren in the 69th minute of play forced Boquerón's goalkeeper Jaime Froylan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Marcial Rayman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boquerón's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcial Rayman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Cordairo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Saverio Poncio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out.
