Spectators: 7343 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1696, VIP seats: 147) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Paulino Txerran got the match started through his kick off. Palmitas's Serafin Gumaro got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Txerran in the 10th minute of play forced Galvan AFC's goalkeeper Mario Peli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Modesto Laurgain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mario Peli made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Serafin Gumaro sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Mario Peli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafin Gumaro got free with Mario Peli in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodolfo Demesio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Chuan, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Paulino Txerran received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mario Peli came out and tried to block the shot, but Paulino Txerran slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 26th minute. Paulino Txerran was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Serafin Gumaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Palmitas booed when Galvan AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiburcio Berart didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Palmitas's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Admon came free, but Rodolfo Demesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafin Gumaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Mario Peli made a huge save. 47 minutes into the match, Serafin Gumaro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mario Peli. Galvan AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Serafin Gumaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ciro Chuan made a kick off. If Serafin Gumaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the match, Paulino Txerran notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Galvan AFC's Mario Peli. Mario Peli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mario Peli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulino Txerran's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Paulino Txerran scored 4-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mario Peli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 72 played minutes, Palmitas's Gabriel Procopio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mario Peli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Palmitas reached it. Galvan AFC's Mario Peli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Gumaro in the 74th minute of play. Eriberto Piorno charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eriberto Piorno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eriberto Piorno hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Mario Peli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Txerran in the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Basilio Frascuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Paulino Txerran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palmitas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. There was no doubt that Palmitas were the better team. Palmitas's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
