Gilberto Sidro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 9th minute, Mencué's Santo Laurin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Central Arroyo Baru's Aureliano Eneto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Central Arroyo Baru from getting a goal against them. Santo Laurin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Aureliano Eneto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santo Laurin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Eneto having to interfere. Celestino Gagriel hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Central Arroyo Baru's Aureliano Eneto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Central Arroyo Baru from getting a goal against them. Arturo Teofilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Arturo Teofilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Eneto having to interfere. 38 minutes into the game, Santo Laurin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aureliano Eneto. Santo Laurin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. If Arturo Teofilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45thth minute of the game Arturo Teofilio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Central Arroyo Baru's Aureliano Eneto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arturo Teofilio in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aureliano Eneto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Aaron Inko made the kick off in the second half. Aureliano Eneto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Teofilio in the 53rd minute of the match. Arturo Teofilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Eneto having to interfere. When Mencué's Santo Laurin in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Central Arroyo Baru's goalie prevented a goal. Lucio Jaunzuria's late challenge caught a Central Arroyo Baru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucio Jaunzuria helped the player get up and apologised. When Central Arroyo Baru's Aaron Inko in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Teofilio in the 83rd minute of play forced Central Arroyo Baru's goalkeeper Aureliano Eneto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Arturo Teofilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
