Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Albano Brais started the match with the kick off. Filomeno Columbo kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Pascual Lorencio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Benjamin Belmiro made a huge save. After having played for 10 minutes, Albano Brais managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Casey AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albano Brais was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The nice shot from Pascual Lorencio in the 12thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Benjamin Belmiro had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Albano Brais kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benjamin Belmiro. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. If Pascual Lorencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albano Brais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Belmiro having to interfere. Delmiro Goiz hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the match, Casey AFC's Ivan Mikolas broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 29 minutes into the match, Ateneo Estrada's goalkeeper Benjamin Belmiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascual Lorencio. Santiago Lauro succeeded in the game's 31st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Ateneo Estrada's Benjamin Belmiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Ateneo Estrada from getting a goal against them. Mateo Peter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Koldo in the 43rd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santiago Lauro to make the kick off. Albano Brais recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gervasio Orkatz hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. When Santiago Lauro came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Ateneo Estrada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santiago Lauro couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute Santiago Lauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Peter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pastor Koldo might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateo Peter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pastor Koldo ran back to his position shaking his head. Pastor Koldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Mateo Peter made a huge save. Casey AFC's Ivan Mikolas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ateneo Estrada. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ateneo Estrada fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! Ateneo Estrada:s Benjamin Belmiro showed great skill when he stopped Ivan Mikolas:s penalty. Pascual Lorencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Benjamin Belmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Iban in the 96th minute of play forced Ateneo Estrada's goalkeeper Benjamin Belmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 99 minutes into the match, Ateneo Estrada's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Lorencio came free, but Benjamin Belmiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 100th minute by Santiago Lauro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ateneo Estrada's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
