Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Santo Laurin made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute, Mencué's Santo Laurin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Mencué's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Admon came free, but Gilberto Sidro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mencué's Natalio Ostargi got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 15 played minutes Mencué got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Teofilio. After 26 minutes, Basilio Frascuelo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galvan AFC and the Mencué players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mario Peli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Laurin in the 29th minute of the match. Galvan AFC's Mario Peli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Galvan AFC from getting a goal against them. After 33 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Galvan AFC! Bernabe Frasco walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Galvan AFC's Serafin Admon got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Arturo Teofilio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernabe Frasco was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 43rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Andres Asteri kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ciro Chuan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rodolfo Malvin charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodolfo Malvin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rodolfo Malvin hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. When Arturo Teofilio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. Galvan AFC's Mario Peli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Jaunzuria in the 75th minute of play. Mario Peli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santo Laurin, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Mencué's Santo Laurin got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Natalio Ostargi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santo Laurin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Mario Peli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Mencué's Sebastian Burni got a free kick in the 91st minute. The supporters of Mencué booed when Galvan AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiburcio Berart didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Mencué players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
