Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paulino Txerran started the match with the kick off. Paulino Txerran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Peter having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Casey AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Gumaro came free, but Mateo Peter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casey AFC's Mateo Peter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Gumaro in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Paulino Txerran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palmitas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Palmitas getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Paulino Txerran hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Serafin Gumaro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palmitas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pascual Lorencio got free with Rodolfo Demesio in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 24 played minutes Palmitas got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Poncio. Ivan Mikolas hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Paulino Txerran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Mateo Peter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulino Txerran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th match minute, Casey AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Cordarryl to maneuver through the defense. Serafin Gumaro was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 46th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albano Brais stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Albano Brais mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Casey AFC and the Palmitas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 51st minute, Albano Brais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulino Txerran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Peter having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, Palmitas's Serafin Gumaro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mateo Peter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulino Txerran in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mateo Peter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eriberto Piorno kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Miguel Evis hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 66 minutes of play, Palmitas's Serafin Gumaro made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateo Peter was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd minute, Paulino Txerran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mateo Peter was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Serafin Gumaro scored 0-6 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mateo Peter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Txerran in the 84th minute of play forced Casey AFC's goalkeeper Mateo Peter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulino Txerran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 91 minutes, Albano Brais managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Casey AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albano Brais was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Palmitas played a much better game than Casey AFC and deserved their victory. The Casey AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
