Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Albano Brais started the match with the kick off. Arturo Teofilio struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Mateo Peter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mencué. Albano Brais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Sidro having to interfere. Pascual Lorencio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gilberto Sidro having to make a save. 12 minutes into the match, Casey AFC's goalkeeper Mateo Peter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arturo Teofilio. Luis Iban hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Casey AFC's zone, Arturo Teofilio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateo Peter came out of the goal and Arturo Teofilio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pascual Lorencio took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilberto Sidro. Gilberto Sidro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Lucio Jaunzuria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Mateo Peter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Santo Laurin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilberto Sidro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albano Brais went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Natalio Ostargi kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santo Laurin was the one to do the kick off. Mateo Peter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Teofilio in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Mencué booed when Casey AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Silvanito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernabe Frasco's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Mateo Peter on his right side and into the goal. 55 minutes into the game it was 1-2. Mateo Peter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santo Laurin went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 68th minute Albano Brais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Sidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 70 minutes, Arturo Teofilio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mencué's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arturo Teofilio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mateo Peter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Laurin in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Laurin in the 72nd minute of play forced Casey AFC's goalkeeper Mateo Peter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
