Spectators: 7337 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 147) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rodolfo Etxepare kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Txerran came free, but Rolando Mel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Paulino Txerran reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rolando Mel. The goal made the score 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Serafin Gumaro could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Rolando Mel however easily saved by the left post. Serafin Gumaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Palmitas's Paulino Txerran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Mel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paulino Txerran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Mel having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Paulino Txerran made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Mel. Rosario Central's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 29th minute Paulino Txerran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Mel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulino Txerran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Rolando Mel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Serafin Gumaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 39 minutes, Serafin Gumaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palmitas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafin Gumaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rolando Mel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Txerran in the 41st minute of the match. Serafin Gumaro in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rolando Mel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rolando Mel made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Serafin Gumaro sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Rodolfo Etxepare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Demesio having to interfere. If Serafin Gumaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 minutes, Paulino Txerran made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Rosario Central's Rolando Mel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 73 minutes into the match, Palmitas's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Etxepare came free, but Rodolfo Demesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafin Gumaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rolando Mel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Txerran in the 80th minute of the match. Palmitas's Serafin Gumaro got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Rosario Central getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Gerardo Maria hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Rosario Central defense, Paulino Txerran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Mel. The Rosario Central fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Mel should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute, Serafin Gumaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Mel was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Rolando Mel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Gumaro in the 95th minute of play. Rolando Mel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Txerran, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the Palmitas players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
