After 25 played minutes Central Arroyo Baru got a freekick which was hit by Luis Garoa. In the 26th minute, Fernando Txomin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aureliano Eneto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Koldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes Ateneo Estrada got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Herena. Severo Lizbeth charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severo Lizbeth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Ceferino Cuarto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Central Arroyo Baru's supporters rose to their feet, but Ceferino Cuarto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Belmiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute, Luis Garoa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ateneo Estrada's Benjamin Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Inko in the 41st minute of play. Pastor Koldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Aureliano Eneto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Ceferino Cuarto scored 2-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benjamin Belmiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 57 played minutes Ateneo Estrada got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Koldo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ceferino Cuarto in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamin Belmiro saved Ateneo Estrada from getting behind. Santiago Lauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pastor Koldo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aureliano Eneto having to make a save. Fernando Txomin hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Aaron Inko might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Belmiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aaron Inko ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Ateneo Estrada defense, Aaron Inko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benjamin Belmiro. The Ateneo Estrada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benjamin Belmiro should have stopped the shot. Aureliano Eneto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Lauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. If Pastor Koldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benjamin Belmiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aaron Inko went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Central Arroyo Baru's Aureliano Eneto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Lauro in the 90th minute of play. Ceferino Cuarto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Inko in the 95th minute of play forced Ateneo Estrada's goalkeeper Benjamin Belmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
