Gerardo Foro scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ernesto Cordaryal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Angelo Barrionuevo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobias Tiadoro in the 8th minute. 15 minutes into the match, CSyD UNION's goal looked a bit too open when Dante Benino came free, but Ernesto Cordaryal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind CSyD UNION's goalkeeper Ernesto Cordaryal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Funebreros booed when CSyD UNION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Indartsu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, CSyD UNION's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Foro came free, but Ernesto Cordaryal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelo Barrionuevo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Xabier, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucio Xabier to make the kick off. Dante Benino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ernesto Cordaryal came out and tried to block the shot, but Dante Benino slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 52nd minute. 55 minutes into the match, CSyD UNION's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Brais came free, but Ernesto Cordaryal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernesto Cordaryal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante Benino in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Tobias Tiadoro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CSyD UNION fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Foro in the 66th minute of play forced CSyD UNION's goalkeeper Ernesto Cordaryal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 minutes, Abel Herena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Funebreros and the CSyD UNION players grew even worse after the yellow card. CSyD UNION's Ernesto Cordaryal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Benino in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Lucio Xabier notched a goal, 3-5, to the right of Funebreros's Angelo Barrionuevo. Angelo Barrionuevo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 83rd minute of the game. One of CSyD UNION:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Funebreros:s goal. Gerardo Foro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Ernesto Cordaryal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 3-7 became the score in the 91st minute when Dante Benino elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 3-8 when Gerardo Foro sped through CSyD UNION's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ernesto Cordaryal.
