Erasmo Urtzi hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute of the match Maximo Regis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nereo Osorio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind LaBarloneTa FC's goalkeeper Meta Gamba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Meta Gamba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Brun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Nicanor Cristofol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Castex's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Nicanor Cristofol scored to the left of an out of position Nereo Osorio, making the score, 1-0. Maximo Ramone's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nereo Osorio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Nereo Osorio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Cristofol in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Maximo Ramone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nereo Osorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Cristofol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 minutes, Tomas Ugaitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Castex and the LaBarloneTa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 43 minutes into the game, one of Castex:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Maximo Regis placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Bernardo Brun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meta Gamba having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicanor Cristofol to make the kick off. Nereo Osorio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Franco, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Joel Henry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meta Gamba having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Joel Henry managed to get in a good position for a shot. Castex's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Henry was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Meta Gamba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nereo Osorio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Cristofol in the 60th minute of play. Nicanor Cristofol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicanor Cristofol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximo Ramone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Nereo Osorio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Erasmo Urtzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of LaBarloneTa FC booed when Castex was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Galsino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Nicanor Cristofol managed to get in a good position for a shot. LaBarloneTa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicanor Cristofol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
