Spectators: 6669 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marcelino Frans started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Santos FC booed when Coliqueo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Toribio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 7 minutes, Mateo Koldobika managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateo Koldobika was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Mateo Koldobika had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Santos FC's Florencio Opilano got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute of the match Clemente Loren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adrian Sayvion skillfully saved the ball. In the 23rd minute, Florencio Opilano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hipolito Dei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Jokin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enrique Jokin in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrian Sayvion prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adrian Sayvion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Dei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Sayvion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Jokin in the 35th minute of the match. Santos FC's Adrian Sayvion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Dei in the 45th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 52nd minute, Santos FC's Jonatan Fonda seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jonatan Fonda the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Santos FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jonatan Fonda had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 52 minutes into the game, one of Santos FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 0-1 came in the 55th minute when Clemente Loren all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Adrian Sayvion. Hipolito Dei might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adrian Sayvion. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hipolito Dei ran back to his position shaking his head. Osvaldo Mederi's late challenge caught a Coliqueo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Osvaldo Mederi helped the player get up and apologised. Osvaldo Mederi hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. The supporters of Santos FC booed when Coliqueo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Tauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mateo Koldobika had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrian Sayvion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Dei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Hipolito Dei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mateo Koldobika fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Enmanuel having to interfere. With his leg Adrian Sayvion managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Coliqueo FC's Enrique Jokin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 86th minute Hipolito Dei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Sayvion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrique Jokin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Sayvion having to interfere. After 97 played minutes Santos FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Dunixi. Coliqueo FC's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 98th minute of the game, when Clemente Loren after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Santos FC's goal. Clemente Loren was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. The Coliqueo FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Coliqueo FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
