After some careless play in the La Faustina defense, Saturnino Gonzales kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelo Selvi. The La Faustina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelo Selvi should have stopped the shot. In the 10th minute, Saturnino Gonzales ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Selvi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Damian Iliana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Kimetz in the 13th minute of the match. Teo Salvator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Damian Iliana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Tino in the 17th minute of play forced La Faustina's goalkeeper Angelo Selvi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 minutes, Saturnino Gonzales mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Urraca and the La Faustina players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Urraca's Saturnino Gonzales got a free kick in the 19th minute. Gerardo Kimetz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Damian Iliana when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Joel Videl's late challenge caught a Urraca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Videl helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd minute, Joel Videl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Selvi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Bide, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. When La Faustina's Gerardo Kimetz in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Urraca's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerardo Kimetz in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damian Iliana saved Urraca from getting behind. Angelo Selvi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Bide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the match, La Faustina's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Franco came free, but Angelo Selvi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. La Faustina's Angelo Selvi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Bide in the 41st minute of play. In the 45th match minute, Urraca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Cambranes to maneuver through the defense. Edoardo Foni shot from long distance in the 46th minute, but Damian Iliana was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gerardo Kimetz made a kick off. Gerardo Cambranes hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute of the match Edoardo Foni sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damian Iliana skillfully saved the ball. Edoardo Foni struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Damian Iliana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Faustina. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Urraca! After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Leonides Tino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Urraca's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonides Tino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Selvi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Urraca's zone, Edoardo Foni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Iliana came out of the goal and Edoardo Foni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Damian Iliana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Kimetz in the 64th minute of play. Primitivo Furtado lost his temper 69 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Placido Crispo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ildefonso Corderun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Damian Iliana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd match minute, La Faustina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edoardo Foni to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute Gonzalo Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Selvi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damian Iliana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Crispo in the 85th minute of the match. If Joel Videl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Urraca's goalkeeper Damian Iliana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Angelo Selvi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Bide in the 95th minute. Chants of Urraca echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as La Faustina had held the ball for most of the match.
