The audience was convinced that Lino Eudoxio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herminio Cordeal was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. After 9 played minutes, Ironmass's Ulises Jakes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Herminio Cordeal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ironmass reached it. If Dario Santikurtz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Ironmass's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Goren came free, but Cayetano Piarres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ironmass's Cayetano Piarres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Santikurtz in the 24th minute of play. Robustiano Goren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Piarres having to interfere. Vicentini's Robustiano Goren got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cayetano Piarres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Santikurtz in the 40th minute of play. In the 43rd minute Robustiano Goren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Piarres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robustiano Goren was the one to do the kick off. Herminio Cordeal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Telmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 73 minutes into the match, Ironmass's Lino Eudoxio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Herminio Cordeal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, Vicentini's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Eudoxio came free, but Herminio Cordeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Amado Vermudo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vicentini's Herminio Cordeal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Eudoxio in the 80th minute of play. Aureliano Telmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herminio Cordeal having to interfere. Herminio Cordeal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Eudoxio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Dario Santikurtz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Vicentini players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Ironmass from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
