In the 6thth minute of the game Tobias Gaitan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lobos AFC's Jesus Salbatore was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Enrique Danel kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severiano Ricart in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramiro Ugaitz saved riverjony from getting behind. Ramiro Ugaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Danel in the 12th minute of the match. After having played for 13 minutes, Severiano Ricart managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lobos AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severiano Ricart was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jesus Salbatore was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tobias Gaitan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Tobias Gaitan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jesus Salbatore. That made the score 2-0 in the 32 minute of play. Ramiro Ugaitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severiano Ricart's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. After 39 played minutes riverjony got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Etxatxu. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by riverjony's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lisandro Cordaryal was slow to take the kick. During this time Lobos AFC's players had a chance to rest. Lobos AFC's Lisandro Cordaryal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ramiro Ugaitz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ramiro Ugaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Danel in the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind riverjony's goalkeeper Ramiro Ugaitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 47th match minute, riverjony was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Honrio to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tobias Gaitan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Severiano Herauso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in riverjony's zone, Luciano Menendo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Ugaitz came out of the goal and Luciano Menendo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
