Elpidio Eduino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Danel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Ricardo Danel sped through LAPRIDA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elpidio Eduino. Elpidio Eduino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severiano Ricart in the 24th minute of the match. Luciano Menendo hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. If Erubiel Lluis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ricardo Danel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Eduino having to interfere. In the 40thth minute of the game Ricardo Danel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LAPRIDA's Elpidio Eduino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

LAPRIDA's Jonas Mingo got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Severiano Ricart made a precise shot to the right of Elpidio Eduino. LAPRIDA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Severiano Ricart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Eduino having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Menendo in the 66th minute of play forced LAPRIDA's goalkeeper Elpidio Eduino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elpidio Eduino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Danel in the 76th minute of the match. Severiano Ricart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Elpidio Eduino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Lobos AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than LAPRIDA.
