Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Lehior started the match with the kick off. Gilberto Shepherd blasted a shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jaime Fliz having to make a save. Gilberto Shepherd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilberto Shepherd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Jaime Fliz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Redondo! 16 minutes into the game, Gilberto Shepherd recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jaime Fliz. Gilberto Shepherd showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 22 minutes into the match, Saul Feliu notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Redondo's Jaime Fliz. Jaime Fliz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Saul Feliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the match, Redondo's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Shepherd came free, but Jaime Fliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaime Fliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Shepherd in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of Guerrero booed when Redondo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Weterio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilberto Shepherd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Guerrero booed when Redondo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacobo Iaki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Felipe Jerold sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Redondo's Jaime Fliz didn't even have to move. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilberto Shepherd made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Shepherd in the 52nd minute of play forced Redondo's goalkeeper Jaime Fliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th match minute, Guerrero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Claus to maneuver through the defense. Saul Feliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Fliz having to interfere. After 73 minutes, Candido Lugo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Redondo and the Guerrero players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Candido Lugo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilberto Shepherd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 85 minutes into the match, Gilberto Shepherd had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jaime Fliz. Redondo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilberto Shepherd was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Shepherd in the 92nd minute of play forced Redondo's goalkeeper Jaime Fliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Guerrero's Domingo Furtado got control of the ball when Santo Astrada tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guerrero walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
