An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Henry in the 17th minute of play forced Esteinlab FC's goalkeeper Denis Bieito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prospero Weather sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Segundo Lucero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Loi in the 28th minute of the match. Prospero Weather kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Froilan Cortez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Esteinlab FC's Baltasar Loi got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Segundo Lucero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Froilan Cortez in the 32nd minute. After 39 minutes, Prospero Weather mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tortugas FC and the Esteinlab FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Prospero Weather hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. When Vinicio Grabiel fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Esteinlab FC's protests and gave Vinicio Grabiel a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes Esteinlab FC got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Grabiel. Froilan Cortez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Nicolas Henry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Telmo kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Guillermo Matteo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 96th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
