The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice moves Victoriano Ayala could shoot a difficult shot in the 5th minute, which Augusto Abascal however easily saved by the left post. Victoriano Ayala scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Augusto Abascal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Braulio Hug fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Casana's protests and gave Braulio Hug a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Casana's Braulio Hug got a free kick in the 14th minute. After some careless play in the Perga FC defense, Cipriano Quintan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Augusto Abascal. The Perga FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Augusto Abascal should have stopped the shot. Cipriano Quintan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Abascal having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Perga FC's goalkeeper Augusto Abascal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victoriano Ayala. If Nemesio Millano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felipe Haritz hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nemesio Millano in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victorio Vidal saved Casana from getting behind. Victoriano Ayala's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augusto Abascal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Perga FC's goalkeeper Augusto Abascal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victoriano Ayala. In the 37th minute Cipriano Quintan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Abascal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cipriano Quintan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Augusto Abascal came out and tried to block the shot, but Cipriano Quintan slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 39th minute. Gerardo Beturian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Victorio Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cipriano Quintan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Augusto Abascal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Ayala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the match, Perga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Quintan came free, but Augusto Abascal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victoriano Ayala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Augusto Abascal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Perga FC's zone, Cipriano Quintan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augusto Abascal came out of the goal and Cipriano Quintan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 64th minute, Victoriano Ayala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Quintan in the 67th minute of play forced Perga FC's goalkeeper Augusto Abascal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Casana booed when Perga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Bemabe didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amancio Seber during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Victoriano Ayala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Augusto Abascal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teobaldo Bemabe's late challenge caught a Casana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teobaldo Bemabe hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the match, Perga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Quintan came free, but Augusto Abascal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Victoriano Ayala's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Augusto Abascal was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Cipriano Quintan might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Augusto Abascal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cipriano Quintan ran back to his position shaking his head. If Victoriano Ayala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Perga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Quintan came free, but Augusto Abascal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95thth minute of the game Victoriano Ayala who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Perga FC's Augusto Abascal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the Casana players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
