Moises Bernat started the match with the kick off. A collision led to MDQ Futbol Club getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Jonathan Aznaro hit a great ball. Emilio Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Bernat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elias Senin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 19 minutes, Alonzo Gorosti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MDQ Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alonzo Gorosti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. MDQ Futbol Club's Alonzo Gorosti got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th minute Alonzo Gorosti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidro Ulizes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moises Bernat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alonzo Gorosti in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isidro Ulizes saved Chara F.C. from getting behind. In the 38th minute, Alonzo Gorosti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Chara F.C.'s zone, Luisito Oier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidro Ulizes came out of the goal and Luisito Oier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isidro Ulizes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Gorosti, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After having played for 52 minutes, Elias Senin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the game, Fabio Tello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chara F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MDQ Futbol Club the free kick. A collision led to Chara F.C. getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Fabio Tello hit a great ball. Elias Senin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alonzo Gorosti struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Isidro Ulizes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MDQ Futbol Club. 70 minutes into the match, Alonzo Gorosti dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Isidro Ulizes, 1-2. Eloy Vela hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Justino Gaitano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emilio Batista. MDQ Futbol Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 80th minute, Chara F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alonzo Gorosti fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Chara F.C.'s Moises Bernat got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emilio Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Medardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 played minutes Chara F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Delmiro Erruki. Evelio Garaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isidro Ulizes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Gorosti, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
