The audience was convinced that Marciano Laurentzi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauricio Edur was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Freddy Lertxun charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marciano Laurentzi was the one to do the kick off. In the 58thth minute of the game Marciano Laurentzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tupac Shakur FC's Mauricio Edur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicasio Ursino came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Tupac Shakur FC's Esteve Lizer. But to his dismay, Esteve Lizer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Atilano Xabat was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 84 minutes into the match. After 85 played minutes Tupac Shakur FC got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Xabat. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Mauricio Edur successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Aquilino Gimenez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mauricio Edur having to make a save. Mauricio Edur came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Balonmano FC's Marciano Laurentzi. But to his dismay, Marciano Laurentzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. Marciano Laurentzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Mauricio Edur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Balonmano FC played a much better game than Tupac Shakur FC and deserved their victory. The Tupac Shakur FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
