Paulino Dacio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorio Nalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. A collision led to Arielito F.C. getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Isaac Herrera hit a great ball. In the 17th minute Gregorio Nalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Dacio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florentino Distiratsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelio Jaen in the 25th minute of the match. Bernardo Rolado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. After 41 minutes of play Arielito F.C.'s Isaac Herrera was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 42 played minutes Arielito F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Herrera. Sixto Cesaro was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 43rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Gregorio Nalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardo Rolado made a kick off. When Sixto Cesaro fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Ashworth's protests and gave Sixto Cesaro a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Arielito F.C. booed when FC Ashworth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixto Cesaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Paulino Dacio managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when FC Ashworth's Paulo Cordario fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Paulino Dacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Nalo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the game, Aurelio Jaen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
