A collision led to Tupac Shakur FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Gaston Pacorro hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Mosen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mauricio Edur. Tupac Shakur FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Osvaldo Mosen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Osvaldo Mosen might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mauricio Edur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Osvaldo Mosen ran back to his position shaking his head. Raimundo Urki made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Bruno Indar sent off a good shot on target. Bruno Indar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Raimundo Urki skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Osvaldo Mosen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Edur having to interfere. Mauricio Edur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Mosen, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. When Jimeno Urbasa fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tupac Shakur FC's protests and gave Jimeno Urbasa a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Tupac Shakur FC got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Urbasa. Osvaldo Mosen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The audience was convinced that Bruno Indar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raimundo Urki was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 54thth minute of the game Esteve Lizer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Goya's Raimundo Urki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Raimundo Urki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteve Lizer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 played minutes Goya got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Viator. Goya's Raimundo Urki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Indar in the 60th minute of play. After 61 played minutes Goya got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Lawrence. Raimundo Urki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Indar in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Mosen in the 66th minute of play forced Tupac Shakur FC's goalkeeper Mauricio Edur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Indar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Urki having to interfere. Raimundo Urki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Indar in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute of the match, Osvaldo Mosen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mauricio Edur saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice moves Nemesio Lluciano could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Mauricio Edur however easily saved by the left post. After 87 played minutes Tupac Shakur FC got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Urbasa. After a defensive mix-up in Tupac Shakur FC's zone, Osvaldo Mosen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauricio Edur came out of the goal and Osvaldo Mosen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Esteve Lizer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Goya were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
