Arielito F.C.'s Paulino Dacio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Lluciano in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Mosen in the 55th minute of play forced Arielito F.C.'s goalkeeper Paulino Dacio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Sixto Lawrence hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Rolado in the 61st minute of play forced Goya's goalkeeper Raimundo Urki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sixto Lawrence fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Goya's protests and gave Sixto Lawrence a yellow card for diving instead. After 64 played minutes Goya got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Lawrence. Juan Peter was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 65th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Nemesio Lluciano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Paulino Dacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A wasted opportunity for Goya. When Isaac Herrera was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes had been played. The supporters of Goya booed when Arielito F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Herrera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardo Rolado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Urki having to interfere. After having played for 90 minutes, Dante Seguinus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arielito F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dante Seguinus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Goya's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
