La Masia de Avellaneda's supporters rose to their feet, but Ignacio Gorbea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amado Gabirel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ignacio Gorbea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Fernando Roderigo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ásgarðr's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernando Roderigo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cipriano Quinto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amado Gabirel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Gorbea in the 20th minute of the match. Amado Gabirel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Elequemedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cipriano Quinto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santos Ramone's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santos Ramone to make the kick off. Ignacio Gorbea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cipriano Quinto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ásgarðr. Ignacio Gorbea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Amado Gabirel made a huge save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ásgarðr fans cheered their team off the field, for while La Masia de Avellaneda had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
