In a very dangerous position, a player in DOUGLAS HAIG fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! In the 18th minute, the referee gave Corzuela AFC a penalty. Gonzalo Shepherd looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Rodolfo Nardo. If Lázaro Bermudez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bruno Gimenez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Cecilio Cedro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the match, DOUGLAS HAIG's Cosme Corderall broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Corzuela AFC's Lázaro Bermudez got a free kick in the 37th minute. Bruno Gimenez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Geronimo Dominic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Gimenez in the 41st minute of play. Geronimo Dominic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingos Urtzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Domingos Urtzi was the one to do the kick off. Corzuela AFC's Geronimo Dominic proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Corzuela AFC from getting a goal against them. 60 minutes into the match, Corzuela AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Urtzi came free, but Geronimo Dominic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Ubendu in the 63rd minute of play forced DOUGLAS HAIG's goalkeeper Rodolfo Nardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Domingos Urtzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 69 played minutes DOUGLAS HAIG got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Che. Claudio Urtun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Bruno Gimenez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Geronimo Dominic when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marcos Jorrin kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Corzuela AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
