Spectators: 7303 (Terracing: 5478, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hermengildo Eron started the match with the kick off. Geronimo Charro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Feliciano Poncio's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. The Los Cardos FC fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Los Cardos FC's Feliciano Poncio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Geronimo Charro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermengildo Horado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Tabor kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Matias Maule hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 De Agosto's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Hermengildo Horado scored to the left of an out of position Geronimo Charro, making the score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severiano Perez in the 20th minute of play forced Los Cardos FC's goalkeeper Eric Palm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciro Tróia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Geronimo Charro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 24 minutes, Feliciano Poncio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Cardos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliciano Poncio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Waclaw Brodzki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Charro having to interfere. After having played for 28 minutes, Hermengildo Horado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Cardos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hermengildo Horado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geronimo Charro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Maule, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Tróia got free with Geronimo Charro in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute, Feliciano Poncio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Geronimo Charro was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Hermengildo Horado hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Geronimo Charro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Horado in the 41st minute of the match. Geronimo Charro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Horado, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. When Ciro Tróia came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Los Cardos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciro Tróia couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Feliciano Poncio was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Ciro Tróia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Feliciano Poncio scored 4-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Geronimo Charro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adolfo Flor charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adolfo Flor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 69 minutes into the game, Severiano Perez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Eric Palm was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 72 minutes into the match, Feliciano Poncio notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of 26 De Agosto's Geronimo Charro. Geronimo Charro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Hermengildo Horado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, Feliciano Poncio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Geronimo Charro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Horado in the 81st minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, 26 De Agosto's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Tróia came free, but Geronimo Charro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, 26 De Agosto's Victorino Cordero got a free kick in the 90th minute. Ciro Tróia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geronimo Charro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Hermengildo Horado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Los Cardos FC fully deserved thier win.
