The audience thought a goal was coming when Godfredo Bernad got free with Geronimo Charro in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 De Agosto's Geronimo Charro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save 26 De Agosto from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Godfredo Bernad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Casavindo's supporters rose to their feet, but Godfredo Bernad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Godfredo Mon made a kick off. Geronimo Charro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Bernad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, 26 De Agosto's Bernardo Tabor got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Godfredo Mon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Charro having to interfere. Godfredo Mon struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Geronimo Charro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Casavindo. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Severiano Perez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cipriano Chus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Eron in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godfredo Bernad in the 77th minute of play forced 26 De Agosto's goalkeeper Geronimo Charro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
